As part of its commitment to improving education and literacy in Sierra Leone, on 23 March 2017 the the Yak Jones Foundation made a donation of story books and book chests to the Tower Hill Municipal School in Freetown. The delegation from the Foundation included Dr Yakama Manty Jones, CEO of the Yaks Jones Foundation; Ayodele Bangura, the Foundation’s Accountant; Mary Hong, an Associate at McKinsey & Co; and Arifa Kumura, from CEF Salone. The books were received by the Headmistress of the Tower Hill Municipal School, Mrs Smith and the Head Boy of the school.
